Kan is a dedicated solicitor with a strong foundation in multiple areas of law. He is committed to developing into a versatile and well-rounded legal professional, bringing a depth of knowledge and experience to his practice.

Kan completed his LLM Bar Vocational Studies (with specialism in Advanced Criminal Practice) with Merit from City, University of London and obtained his LLB qualification from Queen’s University Belfast.

Kan’s previous work experience includes working as an immigration paralegal with an immigration firm in London, where he has worked on complex human rights based cases including Asylum, FLR(FP), Sham Marriage, and HR(O) applications, as well as working as a legal intern with Setfords Solicitors where he assisted with M&A transactions.

Kan is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
