Corporate Solicitor
The ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills and high commercial awareness with a view to become a Solicitor Manager/Supervisor to lead a team and possibly become a partner.
This role involves advising clients on contentious work, litigation issues, business, commercial and contract breach. In addition the role includes supervising junior trainees and carrying out legal research on relevant law and precendent and formulating rigourous correspondence to relevant parties.
The key skills for the role include having excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, confidence, ability to build rapport with partners and clients, independence in ability to manage caseload, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and deliver targets.
The key responsibilities would include meeting clients, providing practical advice, taking initial instructions, carrying due diligence, establishing relevant facts and key dates and taking continuous instructions, conducting legal research and keeping up to date with changes in the law.
Newly established botique solicitors firm looking to hire a talented fully qualified experienced solicitor with at least 3 years PQE with solid proven experience in the areas of litigation, commercial, business, contract or similar.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years PQE and preference would be given to those who have previous litigation, commercial or contract law expereince.

The Job

About You
We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded professional who would help us set up our internal business processes. This role reflects managerial and secretarial activities to assist with and support setting up a newly established company, such as reviewing consultancy agreements, insurances, administration, website content review, general coordination and similar tasks given by the Director, performance review and coaching our people.

Activities

We are now looking for a competent support from Property/Conveyancing/Commercial background. Requirements
