His career spans leading law firms in Egypt and major companies, particularly in the aviation sector. He has advised clients on regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and legal risk.

Most recently, Omar worked as Legal Debt Settlement Counsel at one of the largest debt collection agencies in the MENA region. He led complex pre-litigation negotiations and provided strategic legal advice. Previously, he served as a Legal Associate at a respected Egyptian law firm, handling contract reviews, legal opinions, court representation, and liaison with government authorities.
