Ramona Danciu is a dispute resolution solicitor with over three years of post-qualification experience. She has worked at reputable Legal 500 firms in Essex, where she led on a wide range of commercial disputes, including directors’ disqualifications, supply and commercial contract issues, shareholder conflicts and partnership disputes, intellectual property matters, commercial property disputes, and general civil litigation.

Before qualifying, Ramona built a strong foundation across the legal and public sectors in both England and Romania. She gained hands-on experience at a leading fintech company, the Government of Romania, and a respected charity in West London. She earned her Law degree and LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Essex and holds Higher Rights of Audience (Civil).

Ramona speaks Romanian, Spanish, and French fluently, and has a solid understanding of Italian and Portuguese. She is currently deepening her expertise in arbitration and tax law to further enhance her practice.
